By placing an order for products from our website, you affirm that you are of legal age to enter into this agreement, and you accept and are bound by these terms and conditions.


You agree that your order is an offer to buy, under these terms, all products listed in your order. All orders must be accepted by us or we will not be obligated to sell the products to you. We may choose not to accept orders at our sole discretion, even after we send you a confirmation email with your order number and details of the items you have ordered.


All prices, discounts, and promotions posted on this website are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Price increases will only apply to orders placed after such changes. Posted prices do not include taxes or charges for shipping and handling. All such taxes and charges will be added to your merchandise total, and will be itemized in your shopping cart and in your order confirmation email. We strive to display accurate price information, however we may, on occasion, make inadvertent typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions related to pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time and to cancel any orders arising from such occurrences.

We may offer from time to time promotions on the website that may affect pricing and that are governed by terms and conditions separate from these terms. If there is a conflict between the terms for a promotion and these terms, the promotion terms will govern.


We have fast shipping and easy returns. The shipping cost added to your order is equal to exactly what it costs us to ship the item to you. Sounds fair to us! We ship via USPS, occasionally UPS. Shipments are sent 1-3 business days after receiving your order, though high order volume or disruptions to our business may cause processing and fulfillment to take longer. We will send you a shipping confirmation as soon as we ship your package. The confirmation will include a tracking link for the corresponding shipping carrier. Please expect approximately 7-10 days to receive your package.

Delivery delays and lost packages are outside of our control once packages are in the possession of our shipping providers. Should a delay occur, or should your package be lost or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. You may also contact us at info@fairanita.com.


Want to save on shipping? Feel free to pick up your order directly from our warehouse. You can stop by Monday, Wednesday, or Friday between 12-4:30pm. We can also be open by appointment: contact us at info@fairanita.com. We’re located at 1620 Central Ave NE, Suite 156, Minneapolis MN 55413. Enter the parking lot off 18th, and park near docks 5-8. Enter where you see the Fair Anita signs, follow the doors inside and down the hallway, and we’ll be there on the right!


We want you to LOVE your purchase at Fair Anita! If for some reason the product does not meet your standards, we’d be happy to work with you to arrange a return or exchange. Please email us at info@fairanita.com, and we will be in touch with next steps.

We will accept a return of the products for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided such return or exchange is made within 30 days of delivery with valid proof of purchase. Only products purchased directly through our online store are eligible for return or exchange through our website. If you made your purchase through any of our retailing partners, please contact the retailing partner directly.

Refunds are processed within approximately 2 business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the website.
